What a business account changes

  • Invoices carry the Registered business name instead of your own name.
  • You can add the business's BIN, TIN and Trade licence number so they appear on your VAT invoices.
  • At verification we ask for the business's registration document as well as your photo ID.

The person who signs in is still you, with your own email and password.

Where the details live

Open Settings → Profile.

  • Account section, row Account type (Individual, or Business · company · legal form). Press Change to edit the Account type, Company name ("Printed on invoices issued from now on. Invoices already issued keep the details they were stamped with."), Entity type, BIN (optional), TIN (optional) and Trade licence number (optional). Press Save.
  • Billing contact section: Name on invoices, Invoice email and Tax ID.
  • Postal address section: the buyer address your invoices state.

Invoices already issued are never changed; only new invoices pick up the new details.

Changing your account type

Before your account is verified, change it in the Account section and press Save.

Once your account is verified, the same form offers Request this change instead. Your account stays exactly as it is, verified, with every document you have sent, until the new type is verified. The row then shows Change pending with Edit the requested details and Cancel the request, and the Verification tab lists the document we still need (for a new business account, its registration document). Your identity proof carries over.

While verified, the business name and registration numbers are locked ("Locked while your account is verified — contact support to change it."): open a ticket to correct a mistake.
