We want everyone to be able to buy, run and pay for their services with us, whatever device or assistive technology they use.
What we aim for
- This website and the client area aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. We have not had them independently audited, so we do not claim that they do.
- Every page works with a keyboard alone, follows your system's light or dark setting, and turns off motion when you ask your device to reduce it.
What we know is not right yet
- Invoice PDFs are not yet tagged for screen readers. The same invoice is available as a web page in the client area.
- Some pop-up panels in the client area — the chat window and the notification list — do not yet move keyboard focus as they should.
- The client area is in English only. Our legal documents are also published in Bangla.

- If a barrier stops you placing an order, paying or reaching support, we will do it with you another way — by email or phone — while we fix it.
