When is my service ready?
A domain is registered once its payment is confirmed.
Which payment methods do you accept?
By bank transfer. After you order, choose Bank transfer on the invoice in your client area: it shows our bank details and a reference to quote. We confirm the transfer once the funds arrive — usually within one business day. Prices and invoices are in Bangladeshi Taka.
How will I know if something is wrong?
Live component health and every incident are published on the status page, and planned maintenance is announced at least 48 hours ahead.
Can I keep my data inside Bangladesh?
Yes. Our servers are in Bangladesh. Encrypted copies of our own account records may be kept with providers outside Bangladesh, as our Privacy Policy explains. A domain's registration details are held by its registrar and registry, which may be outside Bangladesh.
