Ordering several things at once

The cart raises one invoice per plan or domain, and with bank transfer each invoice is paid by its own transfer, quoting its own reference.

You can collect several plans, and domain registrations, in the cart and place them together. Placing the cart creates one order and one invoice per item. Because we take payment by bank transfer, each of those invoices is then paid on its own.

Using the cart

  1. On a plan's configure page press Add to cart instead of Order & pay →; on the domain search press Add to cart on a result. The top bar shows Cart (n).
  2. Open the cart. Each line shows the plan, domain, cycle and price, with a Qty box and Remove. Enter a Coupon code (optional) if you have one, check the quote (Before VAT, VAT, Due today, incl. VAT) and tick the agreement box.
  3. Press Place order & pay →.

Paying

The next page is headed Cart, with Placed ‹date› · n invoices and the badge Awaiting payment. Under Invoices in this cart each invoice is listed with its amount, and the page says: To pay by Bank transfer, open each invoice above and pay it on its own: each transfer quotes its own invoice's reference.

Open each invoice, press Bank transfer, and send one transfer per invoice quoting that invoice's reference, as in Pay an invoice by bank transfer. One bank reference can settle only one invoice; a single transfer covering several invoices cannot be matched automatically and will delay all of them.

Each service is set up as its own invoice is confirmed, so paying the hosting first and the domain later is fine.

Why the cart page says "one payment"

With bank transfer, the rule above always applies: one invoice, one transfer.

A simpler way

For one hosting plan plus its domain, you do not need the cart: order the plan with Order & pay →, use the Register it link on the domain field, and pay the two invoices one after the other.
