Store credit is money held on your account, in Taka. You see it in the top bar (the ৳… credit pill) and under Billing → Store credit.

Where credit comes from

The Store credit tab lists these under Where your credit came from, each with Download PDF, and refunds under Refunds.

Adding credit yourself

You can add credit from the Store credit tab. The Add credit card takes an Amount (BDT), a Pay with choice (bank transfer works for top-ups), a tick to accept the terms, and Continue to payment. Pay by bank transfer with the reference you are given; our team confirms the transfer like any invoice, usually within one business day, and the credit then appears in your balance. The terms read: "Credit you add can be spent on this platform only and does not expire. It is not refunded on request, except that unused paid-for credit is refunded to its original payment method when you close your account."

Spending credit on an invoice

Open the unpaid invoice. Under Store credit available:

  • If your balance covers it: press Pay ৳… with store credit, then Confirm — take ৳… from store credit. The invoice is paid at once; you get Invoice … settled from your store credit.
  • If it does not: press Apply ৳… store credit. The page shows Store credit applied and Remaining to pay; pay the rest by bank transfer. Remove applied credit undoes it while the invoice is still open.

Paying renewals from credit automatically

If your credit covers a renewal invoice in full, it is paid from credit the moment the invoice is raised. Credit is never spent in part this way: if the balance falls short, the invoice is left for you to pay.

This is on by default. Switch it under Settings → Preferences → Paying renewals from store credit with Stop paying renewals from my credit / Pay renewals from my credit.

Getting credit refunded

Credit that came from a payment can be refunded to the method it came from, within 7–10 working days. On the Store credit tab press Ask for a refund of my credit, choose why (An order couldn't be set up and was credited to my balance, I'm closing my account, or Something else — I'll explain in a ticket) and press Send request. Our team handles it; for a bank transfer, we will ask for the account to send it to. Goodwill credit we gave for free is not refunded.

You must ask for your credit back before you can close your account.
