Ordering takes a few minutes. Your hosting is set up once the invoice is paid and our team has confirmed your bank transfer.

Before you start

  • A domain name. Every hosting account is created for one domain (for example example.com). If you do not own one yet, you can register it as part of this flow (step 3).
  • Your account. Create one if you have not.

Steps

  1. Sign in and press + Order in the top bar. The page Order a new service lists our plans; reseller plans sit under their own heading, Reseller hosting. Each card shows the price "from ৳… · cycle" and a Configure → button (or Out of stock).
  2. Press Configure → on the plan you want. The page is headed Configure ‹plan›.
  3. Domain. Enter the website this hosting account is for, e.g. example.com. Under the field: Don't have this domain yet? Register it in a new tab, then come back and finish this order. That opens the domain search with the name filled in; the domain becomes a separate order with its own invoice (see Register a domain).
  4. Billing cycle. Choose how long you pay for at a time; each option shows its price.
  5. Add-ons. If the plan has any, pick them here. Optional groups offer — None —.
  6. Coupon. If you have one, enter it under Coupon code (optional).
  7. Check the Order summary: the plan, cycle and domain, the Subtotal, then the server's quote with Before VAT, VAT (…%) and Due today, incl. VAT. The line Renews ‹cycle› at ‹total› (today's price), plus VAT where it applies tells you what each renewal costs.
  8. Tick I agree to the Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy.
  9. Press Order & pay →. You are taken to the invoice. Nothing is charged until you pay it.

Paying

The invoice page shows a Bank transfer button and our bank details. Follow Pay an invoice by bank transfer: press the button, quote the reference it gives you, send the money, then press I have sent the transfer. We confirm it usually within one business day and set up your account then.

If you also registered a domain, you have two invoices. Each one is paid with its own transfer, quoting its own reference; one transfer cannot cover two invoices.

What you get

  • A cPanel account for the domain you entered, on the plan's package. Email accounts and free SSL certificates (AutoSSL) are included.
  • A one-time link to your login details by email once the account exists. See What happens after you pay.
  • Nightly backups, kept for 7 days, with a copy at a second site.

Common problems

  • "Please enter domain this plan is for." The domain field is required, for reseller plans too (it becomes your WHM account's main domain).
  • "The price has changed since it was shown — check the new total and order again." Reload and order again.
  • "You have several unpaid orders from the last 24 hours. Pay or cancel one under Billing before placing another." Open Billing, pay one, or press Cancel this order on an invoice you do not want.
  • Add to cart is the other button. The cart raises one invoice per plan; each is still paid separately. See Ordering several things at once.
  • You want to resell hosting to clients. That is a different service, not a plan: read Reseller hosting explained first. A web hosting plan cannot later be changed into a reseller plan.
