Paying by bank transfer has one human step in it, so here is the whole sequence and what you will see at each point.
1. We confirm your transfer
A bank transfer is not instant for us: a person on our team matches the money on our statement to your invoice, using the reference you quoted. This usually happens within one business day of the money arriving. Pressing I have sent the transfer on the invoice tells us to look for it.
While we wait, the invoice page keeps its Bank transfer button and the service shows as pending payment under All services.
2. The invoice is marked paid
You get an email headed Payment received — ৳…. The invoice page now shows a Payment receipt with Paid, Method (Bank transfer), Paid on and Reference. See Read an invoice, download the PDF, get a receipt.
3. Your service is set up
Setup starts as soon as the invoice is paid. The service page shows We are setting this up ("Most services are ready within minutes. We email you when it is ready, and the details appear on this page."). If it is still not ready after an hour the card changes to This is taking longer than usual: your payment is safe and our team has been told.
Some plans are set up only after our team approves the order; the receipt card says so.
4. Your login details, shown once
Two emails arrive:
- Your service is ready, linking to the service in the client area.
- Your new service is ready — here are your login details, with a link. The email itself holds no password.
Open the link. The page Your service is ready explains the details can only be shown once; press Show my login details. You then see Username, Password and Sign in at (the address of the server), with a Copy username and password button. Save them somewhere safe: the link stops working as soon as you continue, and the page itself says this is the only time they can be shown. The link expires 24 hours after it was sent.
If the link has been used or has expired, you have not lost access: use Log in to cPanel (or Log in to WHM) on the service's Manage tab, or generate a new password with Reset root password there. See Log in to cPanel and Reset your cPanel password.
5. Point your domain
Your website is reachable at your domain only once the domain's nameservers point at the hosting. See Point your domain at your hosting.
If setup fails
The service page shows We could not finish setting this up. You are not charged for a service we could not deliver: the amount comes back as store credit, and you get an email headed We could not set up your service — your payment is back in your account. Open a ticket and we will sort it out, or ask for the credit to be refunded; see Refunds and cancellation explained.
