WHM is where you manage your clients' cPanel accounts. You reach it from the client area with one click, or directly.
From the client area
- Open All services (or Reseller hosting in the sidebar) and press Manage on your reseller service.
- On the Manage tab, under Server controls, press Log in to WHM.
- WHM opens in a new tab. The page notes the link expires in a few minutes; press the button again if you need a fresh one. Allow pop-ups for the client area if the tab does not open.
Directly
Your username and password were shown once on the Your login details page linked from the email Your new service is ready — here are your login details. Sign in at your WHM address on the service page: WHM uses the standard port 2087 on the server's hostname (https://‹server hostname›:2087), and the exact link is shown in the client area. Use the same username and password.
The same username also opens the cPanel of your own main account at port 2083.
Lost the password
Press Reset root password on the Manage tab: a new password is generated and shown once. It applies to your WHM login and your own cPanel. Your clients' accounts keep their own passwords. See Reset your cPanel password.
When the button is missing
The button appears only while the service is running. If it is suspended, the page says why; see What suspension or termination does to your clients' accounts.
