This is the Privacy Policy in plain words. The policy itself is on our legal pages and wins if the two differ.

Where your data is

Our platform and your account records are on our servers in Bangladesh. Your hosting account's files and email are on the hosting server, backed up nightly with the last 7 days kept and a copy at a second site. Our own encrypted backups of the platform may be kept outside Bangladesh.

How long we keep things

WhatHow long
Your account data (name, contacts, address, settings)While the account is open, and 1 year after it is closed
Invoices and payment recordsAs VAT and tax law require; they are never deleted on request
Identity documents (KYC)1 year after the account is closed
Support ticketsWith the account
Live chats1 year after the chat closes
Sign-in history, sessions, abuse reports and system logs1 year
Contact-form messages1 year
A terminated service's files and email7 days after termination, then deleted for good

After the year following closure, your name, phone, address, contacts, identity documents, tickets and chats are erased or anonymised, unless a legal hold applies.

Who can see what

  • Identity documents are stored encrypted; only our compliance team can open them, and every view is logged in a record that cannot be edited. They are never sent to anyone else.
  • Our staff see your account to support and bill you. When a staff member signs in to your account to help, your client area shows a Support session banner.
  • We pass data to others only to deliver a service: the domain registrar gets your domain owner details; the hosting server gets your account email. We use no analytics service and hold no card details (we take bank transfers).

Your rights

  • Get a copy: Settings → Security → Your data → Download my data (see Download a copy of your data).
  • Correct something or ask for the rest (identity documents, notes): the Ask us about your data form in the same place. We answer within 30 days.
  • Erase: the same form's Erase my personal data choice, or close your account. Invoices stay.
  • Marketing: the newsletter is double opt-in and every email has an unsubscribe link; account notices are controlled under Settings → Preferences.

If we ever have a data breach that affects you, we tell you without undue delay.
